Welcome to Ft. Leavenworth and the Leavenworth and Lansing area. I am Rick Hansen, the owner of the property management company - Hansen Properties, LLC located in the Leavenworth, Kansas. I manage numerous rental properties in the Leavenworth area. I am retired military, and enjoy serving the military members new to Ft. Leavenworth. Most of my rentals are either owned or rented by those serving in the military. My company is small, but we are very responsive to the needs of our property owners and tenants. We provide quality care and personal attention to each property and tenant. We want your stay in Leavenworth to be “the best year of your life”. And if you choose to stay in Leavenworth or the surrounding community (like I did) for a longer stint, we want you to be happy and comfortable in your rental home. All our rental homes in Leavenworth and Lansing are clean and ready to move-in. We also have a few homes in the Platte City area, as well as, one near the Legends shopping area. Leavenworth is a small town, with access to big city life a short drive away. Our neighborhoods are friendly and safe.
